Online Merchandise Executive

A great opportunity for an eCommerce Merchandiser to join a luxury Oxfordshire based brand who are going through an exciting period of growth.
 
Working alongside the eCommerce and Marketing teams you will take responsibility for increasing online conversions by optimising page layouts to ensure a seamless customer experience, refreshing product content and imagery, ensuring correct product placement by category and devising innovative promotions.
 
You drive the online content strategy based on customer and competitor analysis, brand strategy and eCommerce targets, continuously testing changes to determine the impact to the overall customer experience and conversion. A strong analytical grounding is essential, as you will run weekly reports to identify opportunities and risks through data on conversions, stock levels and impact of campaigns online. You will also need to build a broader understanding of product and campaign performance within retail stores, to review sales online versus in store.
 
Work with the Buying team on product selection, promotions, and optimum sourcing recommendations/decisions. Working with the Marketing and Design teams to develop special online shop concepts, page layouts, images, copy and video.
 
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally have prior and demonstrable experience in a large retailer, with proven online product management/ merchandising experience.

Highly analytical, flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting, and be comfortable using web analytics to optimise sales and customer experience. You will possess strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel. Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills are essential, along with the ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced environment.
