Expense Reduction Analysts is looking to recruit a European marketing Co-ordinator to supplement their growing team in West Malling in Kent. Expense Reduction Analysts is a management consulting practice that has over 350 partners throughout Europe. Each partner is responsible for helping companies in their cost and purchase management initiatives.

As with any professional services business, marketing is a critical element to capturing a thought leadership position and ensuring that decision makers understand the value of our service and how they can benefit from it.  We have a marketing team that covers all European countries and is located in Paris, Madrid and Cologne. This role would be a co-ordination role to ensure our marketing plans are being implemented correctly. You would also be involved in;

·         Creating marketing deliverables,

·         Managing agencies (online and offline),

·         Co-ordinating marketing funds,

·         Translation of articles,

·         Writing articles and critiquing articles written by partners,

·         Monitor and report on our web campaigns,

·         Work with country marketing managers on specific projects,

·         Providing customer service and support to the partners,

·         Become a conduit for internal communications,

·         Arranging marketing committee meetings and preparing presentationsTravelling to meetings across Europe to discuss and  implement projects.

  You should be able to see yourself in the following list of competencies;

·         Understand and be able to articulate the importance of brand management,

·         Recognise and have the attention to detail to be able to spot deviations from brand guidelines,

·         Have excellent copywriting and proofreading skills,

·         Is fluent in both French, German and English,

·         Is confident with working with senior level executives,

·         Are comfortable giving presentations to groups of people,

·         Organisation and planning are balanced with the desire to roll up your sleeves and get a job done,

·         Your ideal day is never the same, priorities change and you enjoy the challenge of doing business with different cultures,

      Experience in B2B professional services is welcome as is any knowledge of working with geographically dispersed team and network. For the right individual we can offer a challenging and rewarding marketing role in a flat structure that will provide both responsibility and experience in many aspects of marketing.

The position is located in the Headquarters in West Malling, Kent and will report into the European Marketing Manager. There will also be the need to work with the US marketing team to assess new initiatives there that could be made compatible for use in Europe.
